Cases of spam email with the Komori address as the sender have occurred recently. However, Komori has never sent such spam email, and we think these are spoof emails sent with the Komori address falsely represented as the sender.
Komori has thorough internal security measures to ensure that no spam email or email infected with a virus is sent, and we take measures such as registering the incident in the blacklist of the email environment provider immediately after an event such as mentioned above occurs. In the unlikely event of such an incident, we ask that anyone who receives a spoofed email with a Komori address deal with it in a secure manner by immediately deleting the email, not replying to or transferring the email, not clicking on any URL in the body, and not opening any attached files.
