• Equipped with slitter shaft cassette pull-out type as standard. Slitter adjustment and replacement can be done quickly and accurately outside the machine, and can be operated by one person.
• The KTL configuration has a buckle plate after the first fold knife so that additional creases can be made parallel to the knife crease
• Cross-fold knife section (openable) and three-fold knife section (sliding type) provide free access to fold rollers and slitter shafts for easy paper adjustment, cleaning, and removal of parts　
• Invalid sheet detection/ejection device detects and ejects double or misfolded sheets without interrupting the production flow during operation
• The horizontal movement of the knife position achieves a crossfold knife frequency of 40,000 cycles/h by driving an in-house air cylinder. Signatures with small sheet gaps can be processed at higher speeds　
• KTZ* covers two machine ranges in one. Knife cross fold and third fold (excluding cross knife) can be easily rotated 180 degrees from left to right
